1. What is "Reserve A Table"?

"Reserve A Table" is a restaurant booking platform that enables you to discover places and make bookings to dine at your favourite restaurants in Singapore, while earning miles as a Kris+ user.

"Reserve A Table" aims to introduce the newest dining spots in town and provide personalised service to members by curating a food guide that suits every palate.

With "Reserve A Table", you would not have to worry about where and what to eat next!

2. How do I make a booking?

You can browse our extensive list of restaurants available on the "Reserve A Table" platform, and search/filter through location, types of cuisines, etc. or select from our special curated lists of restaurants in Singapore!

After you have selected a restaurant, you’ll get to pick a date and time to complete the booking.

You may also check your account on "Reserve A Table" to view your upcoming and past bookings.

3. Do I need an account to use "Reserve A Table"?

Yes, you will need a KrisFlyer account to log in to "Reserve A Table" to make a booking. If you have an existing KrisFlyer account, log in to Kris+ mobile app to access "Reserve A Table". If you do not have KrisFlyer account, you may sign up via the Kris+ mobile app and log in immediately.

4. How many miles will I earn by booking on "Reserve A Table"?

Each successful and completed booking made via "Reserve A Table" will earn you 100 KrisPay miles, which will be credited to your Kris+ mobile app by the 5th day upon fulfilling the booking. These KrisPay miles can be transferred to KrisFlyer account within 7 days upon crediting. It is recommended that you turn on your push notifications for the Kris+ mobile app, so as to be notified when the KrisPay miles have been credited to your wallet.

5. How do I edit my booking on the "Reserve A Table" platform?

If you have a special request, please call the restaurant directly using the phone number that is reflected in your booking status. For changes in date and time, please proceed to cancel the reservation and create a new one (subject to availability of seats).

6. Can I make multiple bookings in a day?

There are no restrictions on the number of bookings you can make a day. However, multiple bookings made at the same timeslot will not be accepted. We request users to be considerate and only reserve bookings that are confirmed, and to cancel any unwanted reservations immediately.

7. How do I ensure that I will earn miles for my booking made through "Reserve A Table"?

Only completed bookings made through "Reserve A Table" will enable you to earn miles. In addition, please note that

a) Only bookings made through Kris+'s "Reserve A Table" are eligible

b) Bookings that are cancelled do not earn miles

c) Walk-ins to the restaurant at a different time slot you have booked do not earn miles

d) When at the restaurant, you must indicate that you have an active booking booked under your name

Do note that miles earned from your restaurant bookings made through "Reserve A Table" will be automatically credited into the Kris+ app by the 5th day upon fulfilling the booking.

8. Does the number of KrisPay miles earned depend on the number of people in a booking?

No, each successful and completed booking made via "Reserve A Table" will earn you 100 miles.

9. Would I still earn miles if I have made a booking on "Reserve A Table" but am unable to turn up for the reservation?

No, only bookings which are successful and completed will be eligible.

10. Can I use "Reserve A Table" to make bookings overseas?

"Reserve A Table" can be used to make bookings for restaurants that are located in Singapore only.

11. What are KrisPay miles, and what is the difference between KrisFlyer miles and KrisPay miles?

KrisFlyer miles are awarded to members of Singapore Airlines’ frequent flyer programme – KrisFlyer. KrisFlyer miles are awarded through both flight and non-flight related activities, and can be used for the redemption of award flights and upgrades, as well as on Kris+.

Members are awarded with KrisPay miles when they convert partner reward points and KrisFlyer miles in Kris+ for everyday spend in Singapore. With the Kris+ app, KrisFlyer members can transfer their KrisFlyer miles to KrisPay miles through the in-app’s Transfer function, and then redeem their KrisPay miles for their everyday purchases at over 1,000 partner outlets!

12. Is there a validity period for miles earned through "Reserve A Table" platform?

Once miles are converted to KrisPay miles, KrisPay miles will expire after 6 months on the last day of the equivalent month in which they were earned, while KrisFlyer miles will expire after three years at the end of the equivalent month in which they were earned.

13. Can I book a restaurant on behalf of someone else with "Reserve A Table"?

Yes, you can. This can be done by changing the name and phone number while making a booking. However, the booking confirmation email will still be sent to your registered email address.

14. Can I transfer my miles earned in "Reserve A Table" to a Kris+ or KrisFlyer account owned by someone else?

No, you cannot transfer to another person. All miles earned under the KrisFlyer program or Kris+ mobile app is non-transferable.

Once your first transfer has been successfully made to Kris+, your KrisFlyer number will be stored in "Reserve A Table" and cannot be changed.



"Reserve A Table" Terms of Use

The "Reserve A Table" platform, KrisPay miles and KrisFlyer miles (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions) are part of a loyalty program which has as its objective, the promotion of the purchase of goods or use of services provided by Singapore Airlines or any partner specified by Singapore Airlines. Singapore Airlines does not purport (whether through the "Reserve A Table" platform, KrisPay miles and KrisFlyer miles or otherwise (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions)) to operate a payment service regulated under the Payment Services Act and Singapore Airlines is not licensed, approved, registered or regulated under the Payment Services Act. Consequently, holders and users of the "Reserve A Table" platform, KrisPay miles and KrisFlyer miles (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions) will not be afforded the relevant protections set out in the Payment Services Act and related subsidiary legislation, regulations, circulars, notices, directions and guidelines. Should KrisPay miles and/or KrisFlyer miles (as well as their subsequent iterations or versions) be able to be purchased, such purchased miles may only be redeemed in Singapore for the payment or part payment of goods or services (or both) provided by Singapore Airlines and/or the related corporations of Singapore Airlines.

 

 

A.      FORMATION OF AGREEMENT

 

1.         The "Reserve A Table" platform is owned and operated by Singapore Airlines Limited (“Singapore Airlines” or “SIA”). When you use this platform, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use and other applicable terms, conditions, and notices. If this is not your intention and you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use or such other applicable terms and conditions, you should not use this platform.

 

2.         The information contained in the "Reserve A Table" platform may change without notice. Singapore Airlines does not warrant nor represent the accuracy or completeness of the "Reserve A Table" platform or any of the data or information contained in the "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

B.      TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Service Provider

The “Services” consist of the provision to you of a website and a software application to enable you to access and view the content (the “Reserve A Table platform”) together with SIA’s provision of that content, from time to time. The "Reserve A Table" platform allows you to earn miles for every completed reservation, which will be awarded into the wallet of your Kris+ mobile app app by the 5th day upon fulfilling the booking, and can be converted to KrisFlyer miles within 7 days of the award. A completed booking is deemed as a booking made successfully via "Reserve A Table" platform, and fulfilled by user.

 

Access Charges

You should be aware that your network provider may charge you both for access to its connection services and for the duration of your mobile phone or personal computer’s connection while accessing "Reserve A Table" platform. You are responsible for these costs and the costs of any other third party associated with the use of "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

Start Date of Services

The Services commence on the date you receive the link to the "Reserve A Table" platform, as you are able to receive the content immediately.

 

 

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that SIA or third parties own all rights, title and interest in and to the "Reserve A Table" platform (including the name “Reserve A Table”) and software and portions thereof, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights. “Intellectual Property Rights” means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, law relating to the protection of confidential information and trade secrets, trademark law, common law protecting unregistered rights through the tort of passing off, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

Copyright and Trade Marks

You also agree not to remove, obscure, or alter Singapore Airlines’ or any third party’s copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

Privacy Policy

Disclaimer of Warranties

SIA and any third party who makes its software available in conjunction with or through the "Reserve A Table" platform disclaims any responsibility for any harm loss or damages resulting from your use of the "Reserve A Table" platform and/or any third-party software accessed in conjunction with or through the "Reserve A Table" platform. The "Reserve A Table" platform and any third-party software made available in conjunction with or through the "Reserve A Table" platform are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranties whatsoever. SIA and such third parties expressively disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied and statutory warranties, including without limitation, the warranties of partner ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. SIA and any third parties who make their software available in conjunction with or through the "Reserve A Table" platform disclaim any warranties regarding availability, security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the "Reserve A Table" platform and such third-party software. You further understand and agree that you use the "Reserve A Table" platform and all third-party software made available in conjunction with or through the "Reserve A Table" platform at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damages to your mobile device system or computer or loss of data that results from the use of the "Reserve A Table" platform and/or all third-party software.

 

Alteration to the Services, Termination

SIA may amend all or part of the Services at any time. You acknowledge that SIA can withdraw any information, data or content forming a portion of the Services, or cease providing the Services entirely and terminate this Agreement at any time, without liability and without notice for any reason whatsoever.

 

Unpredictable nature of the Services

You understand and acknowledge that the transmission of information through telecommunications channels is unpredictable in nature and depends on, amongst other issues, inter alia, (i) third party telecommunications operators and networks and (ii) the proper maintenance of your receiving equipment. SIA gives no guarantee of the continued availability and quality of reception of the Services.

 

Interruption of the Services

The Services may be interrupted, in whole or in part, in a case of force majeure (being events outside the control of either you or SIA) or during periods of maintenance. SIA and/or SIA's designated representative(s) cannot be held liable for any loss or damages caused directly or indirectly by the interruption of all or part of the Services in the case of force majeure, nor loss of profits, contracts, reputation, nor for any consequential loss of any kind. For the avoidance of doubt, SIA does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused from its negligence.

 

Non-transferable rights

The rights to use the Services are personal to you, and you may not transfer or assign to a third party any of your rights and obligations set forth in these Terms of Use.

 

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Singapore Airlines and keep Singapore Airlines indemnified against any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs, disbursements and other liabilities which may occur against or be suffered by Singapore Airlines in connection with:

a.              your access and use of the "Reserve A Table" platform;

b.              any dining at any restaurant partner by you and/or any other person accompanying you;

c.         any improper or unauthorised use of the "Reserve A Table" platform by you, or any improper use of your mobile device (whether authorised by you or otherwise);

d.          any act or omission by any third party (including a relevant mobile or internet service provider);

e.         any delay or failure in any transmission, despatch or communication facilities; or

f.         any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

3.     Singapore Airlines is not responsible or liable for any defects, discrepancies, or issues with any transactional, servicing or product-related matters.

 

Enrolment and Obligations

1.         Usage of the "Reserve A Table" platform via the Kris+ mobile application is available to anyone with an existing Kris+ mobile app, and active KrisFlyer membership.

 

2.         There is no enrolment fee required to use the "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

3.         All of the KrisFlyer membership obligations set forth in the KrisFlyer terms and conditions apply to Kris+ users. The KrisFlyer terms and conditions can be found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/ .

 

 

Earning miles in Kris+ for transactions made on "Reserve A Table" platform

 

1.         KrisPay Miles can be earned when users fulfil a reservation made (“Eligible Earn Transaction”) on the "Reserve A Table" platform by dining at the restaurant partners of THE CHOPE GROUP PTE LTD (trading as “Chope”). The restaurant partners are subject to change at any time and without notice. For clarity, to complete an Eligible Earn Transaction, users must dine at a restaurant partner at the date and time specified in the restaurant booking, provide their names to the restaurant as per the booking records on "Reserve A Table", and provide any other records requested by Chope and/or SlA to confirm that the user has dined at the relevant restaurant partner at the date and time specified in the restaurant booking.  

 

2.         The number of miles you can earn for each Eligible Earn Transaction (the “Earn Rate”), is 100 miles. The Earn Rate can be changed by Singapore Airlines, at any time and without prior notice.

 

3.         KrisPay miles earned from an Eligible Earn Transaction will be automatically credited into your KrisPay wallet within the Kris+ mobile application by the 5th day upon fulfilling the booking. Users must have Kris+ mobile app downloaded and logged in at least once to have their wallet created.

All KrisPay miles earned from Eligible Earn Transactions can be converted to KrisFlyer miles within 7 days i.e. by the 5th +7 day of the following month. KrisPay miles that are not converted to KrisFlyer miles will remain in the KrisPay wallet with a validity of 6 months from the date the KrisPay miles are posted in your KrisPay wallet.

 

4.         You need to download Kris+, and have a valid KrisFlyer account, before SIA can credit the KrisPay miles into your Kris+ app. If users do not have a valid Kris+ account, the "Reserve A Table" team will notify users at their registered email in KrisFlyer. Users will then need to install Kris+ from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and login for the first time before miles can be credited into their KrisPay wallet in the Kris+ app.

 

5.         Without prejudice to such other remedies as it may have, Singapore Airlines shall be entitled, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice to you, to forfeit any KrisPay miles credited to you, or any KrisFlyer miles converted from KrisPay miles credited to you, for any reservation made using the “Reserve A Table” platform which does not meet the criteria of a completed Eligible Earn Transaction (“Incomplete Reservation”). In addition, you shall be liable to compensate Singapore Airlines for any losses, howsoever sustained, arising out of or in connection with the use of any KrisPay miles credited to you and/or any KrisFlyer miles converted from KrisPay miles credited to you as a result of any Incomplete Reservation (such use including but not limited to the use of the use of KrisPay miles to make purchases at any Kris+ participating merchant, and the use of KrisFlyer miles to make purchases with Singapore Airlines or any of its affiliates).

 

Using "Reserve A Table" platform

1.         You must not use the "Reserve A Table" platform for any unlawful, unauthorised, fraudulent or prohibited purpose (collectively, “Prohibited Use”). For the avoidance of doubt, a Prohibited Use includes, but is not limited to, making a reservation on the “Reserve A Table” platform without the genuine intention of dining at the restaurant for which the reservation was made. Without prejudice to such other remedies it may have, Singapore Airlines may, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice to you, (a) suspend, deactivate or terminate your access to the "Reserve A Table" platform if it suspects or detects any Prohibited Use, and/or (b) forfeit any KrisPay miles credited to you, or any KrisFlyer miles converted from KrisPay miles credited to you, as a result of any Prohibited Use. In addition, you shall be liable to compensate Singapore Airlines for any losses, howsoever sustained, arising out of or in connection with the use of any KrisPay miles credited to you and/or any KrisFlyer miles converted from KrisPay miles credited to you as a result of any Prohibited Use (such use including but not limited to the use of the use of KrisPay miles to make purchases at any Kris+ participating merchant, and the use of KrisFlyer miles to make purchases with Singapore Airlines or any of its affiliates).

 

2.         You must not:

a.         where applicable, resell the Services;

b.         use the "Reserve A Table" platform, or your KrisPay miles for any activity which breaches any law;

c.          use the "Reserve A Table" platform, or your KrisPay miles in a way which interferes with its availability with other users; or

d.         where applicable, use other means to transact or obtain information if you are unable to use the "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

If Singapore Airlines (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Terms of Use, Singapore Airlines may, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice to you, (a) suspend, deactivate or terminate your access to the "Reserve A Table" platform, your KrisPay wallet, and/or your KrisFlyer account, and/or (b) forfeit any amount of KrisFlyer miles and/or KrisPay miles therein without any refund or compensation to you.

 

3.         Singapore Airlines and its licensors retain all rights (including trademark, copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information and material available through the "Reserve A Table" platform. Where applicable, you must not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through the "Reserve A Table" platform except with the written permission of Singapore Airlines and in full compliance with all Singapore and other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, you must not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through the "Reserve A Table" platform unless such downloading occurs in the course of using Kris+ in accordance with the written instructions of Singapore Airlines.

 

4.         You represent that you are of legal age to use the "Reserve A Table" platform in accordance with these Terms of Use and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the "Reserve A Table" platform. You are financially responsible for all uses of the "Reserve A Table" platform by yourself. You hereby represent and warrant that all information supplied by yourself in using the "Reserve A Table" platform is true and accurate.

 

5.         You cannot transfer KrisPay miles to any other person or to any other Kris+ account other than your own.

 

Limitation of Liability

1.         To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singapore Airlines shall not be liable to any "Reserve A Table" user for any injury, loss, claim, damage, cost, disbursement or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of the "Reserve A Table" platform, any dining at any restaurant partner by you and/or any other person accompanying you, whether such injury, loss, claim, damage, cost, disbursement or expense is caused by Singapore Airlines’ negligence or otherwise, and whether Singapore Airlines has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.

 

2.         Singapore Airlines will endeavour to ensure the availability of products and services provided by partners but will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, cost, disbursement or expense of any kind whatsoever arising from the failure by partners to provide such products and/or services. Where you use the services provided by a programme partner, make a restaurant booking with a partner, or purchase a product from a partner, their terms and conditions will apply and Singapore Airlines will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, cost, disbursement or expense of any kind whatsoever, howsoever arising.

 

3.         Singapore Airlines will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, cost, disbursement or expense of any kind whatsoever connected to the unavailability of the "Reserve A Table" platform to you in whole or in part or any failure or delay in any way connected with the use of the "Reserve A Table" platform because of ancillary equipment, the Singapore Airlines systems or technology or any other circumstances, including the use of or inability to use the "Reserve A Table" platform.

 

4.         Singapore Airlines’ liability with respect to any claims shall be limited to (i) re-crediting the value of the KrisPay miles awarded through "Reserve A Table", (ii) KrisPay miles redeemed by you through Kris+, or (iii) providing other reasonable, alternative, and comparable benefits as exclusively determined by Singapore Airlines. For the avoidance of doubt, monetary compensation is expressly excluded and Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, profit, business, contract, reputation, or for any special, consequential, indirect, exemplary, punitive damages, howsoever arising.

 

Termination or Suspension of Service

1.         If your KrisFlyer account is suspended, you will not be able to use any miles awarded for an Eligible Earn Transaction or accrued from other transactions. Provided the miles have not expired, the user may continue to use his/her miles once the suspension of you KrisFlyer account is lifted.

 

2.         If your KrisFlyer account is permanently terminated, any miles accrued shall be revoked and forfeited without compensation. Notwithstanding the suspension or permanent termination of the KrisFlyer account, you shall be liable for all damages, litigation and other associated costs, and such suspension or termination shall not be seen as a waiver by Singapore Airlines to pursue any other available remedy.

 

Miscellaneous

1.         Singapore Airlines may assign or deal with these Terms of Use in favour of any of its subsidiaries, subcontractors or appointed agents to carry out its obligations herein. Singapore Airlines shall not be responsible to you for any delay in performance or non-performance of its subcontractors and/or agents due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

 

2.         Singapore Airlines shall not be in breach of its obligations of confidentiality if disclosure of your confidential information is pursued in conjunction with an order of court, or is required by law or any governmental or regulatory authority. However, if the disclosure is not required with immediate effect, Singapore Airlines shall give you prior notice of such disclosure.

 

3.         Any transactions carried out on the "Reserve A Table" platform by persons under 12 years of age require consent from their parents or legal guardians. In countries where consent is required for members above 12 years of age, the law of the country where the transaction is conducted will apply. Singapore Airlines will not be liable for the verification of the parent’s or guardian’s signature, or for the verification of the parent’s or guardian’s authority to give consent.

 

4.         Should Kris+ and/or "Reserve A Table" collaterals be available in other languages, the English language version shall be the only point of reference if any discrepancy arises.

 

5.         These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any unresolved dispute arising under, out of, or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.
